Overall height includes the vessel, lid and top sculpture. It is not the internal height. Dimensions and capacities are approximate and may vary slightly with handmade production and measurement. Please confirm the capacity you need during your consultation.

A LITTLE GUIDANCE
The vessel’s main colours and painting, a head-only or full-body pet sculpture, your companion’s name, memorial dates and meaningful motifs can all be discussed. You can add up to two small sculpted objects around the pet, such as a favourite toy, a star or a moon. This limit helps reduce breakage risk during shipping. Final arrangements are confirmed during consultation.
We use your photos, videos and descriptions to interpret recognisable features and expressions in our cute, cartoon-inspired style. Our overglaze painting has expressive, oil-painting-like colour and brushwork. Neither the sculpture nor the painting can reproduce a photograph exactly. Please consider whether this style suits you if you are looking for a highly realistic likeness or an exact match.
Yes. Colours before firing are not an accurate reference for the finished piece and may become richer after firing. We work towards the agreed design, but exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed. Hand-shaping, painting and firing can also create small variations, natural textures and handmade marks. The base is left unglazed as part of the making process.
Every companion has a story. Our examples include a dog, a cat and a gecko. Tell us about your pet when you enquire so we can discuss a personal design.

The listed height is the overall exterior height, including the lid and top sculpture, not the internal height. Confirm the capacity needed for your pet’s ashes during your consultation.
Production takes approximately 50–75 days from payment, excluding shipping time. Please share any important dates during your consultation.
The lid is removable and the urn is not airtight or fully sealed. A desiccant intended for use with ashes is included. If you wish to secure the lid after placing the ashes inside, ask us about sealing with a suitable ceramic adhesive. Gluing the lid may make it difficult to reopen.
